Hi, I'm Brittany! Im happy you're here. My goal as a teacher is to help you drop out of your head and into your body. Classes vary from spicy to slow - but I always try to make them fun. It’s important to me to create a safe and inviting space for all of my students, offering support and community, all while flowing and breathing. Currently I offer group classes, private classes, and one-on-one classes. All classes can be taken live online (excludes workshops). Hope to see you in class soon!

About Brittany
Yoga has been a part of my life for almost 15 years. Sometimes a year would go by without stepping on my mat, but something always drew me back. In 2022, I felt called to really deepen my yoga practice and signed up for yoga teacher training with the intention of learning more, not necessarily to become a teacher. In January of 2023 I graduated from YTT (lead by the wonderful Allison Steele). It was truly a life changing experience. I have since registered with the yoga alliance and have been continuing my education by taking even more courses on topics that interest me and will help me to become an even better teacher.
What I've learned over the years is that yoga is healing. The practice of yoga brings us back to ourselves. Practicing yoga allows us to meet ourselves right where we are and to do so without judgement. This is why I choose to teach. To help others experience the true beauty of yoga. 🖤
